Return and Refund Policy for Workplace Wars
Return Policy
For individual non-customized decks, we have a 30-day return policy for unopened items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your game to request a return if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at synergy@workplacewars.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your game is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Unopened Items: Only unopened items are eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Sale items can be returned if unopened. Refunds will be at the discounted sale price, minus shipping costs.
- Customized Items: Any customization to the box or cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the best approach is to return the unopened original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The game must be in its original, unopened condition, and proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
